
Thu 27 Oct Join your guide for a walking tour of the historical centre of the city, beginning in the Market Square where the Town Hall is renowned for its Gothic-Renaissance architecture. We continue on to Cathedral Island to see the Gothic Cathedral of St John the Baptist and then visit the Aula Leopoldina, a beautiful Baroque Hall located in the university buildings. Afternoon at leisure before your opera performance in the Wroclaw Opera.
Fri 28 Oct Today we travel into the region of Lower Silesia to see the famous Church of Peace in Świdnica. The spectacular interior features sacral paintings and rich baroque decoration. We then continue to the Castle in Ksiaz, one of the biggest existing aristocratic residences in Poland, and surrounded by dense forest. Lunch is included within the tour. Return to Wroclaw for some free time before the optional evening concert.
Sat 29 Oct Today we visit Wroclaw’s Royal Palace and Centennial Hall, a UNESCO World Heritage site which is currently used as an extraordinary venue for concerts, performances and large-scale meetings. Afternoon at leisure. This evening transfer on foot to the Opera for your performance.
Sun 30 Oct Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to the airport for your homeward flight.
