How to Book
1.

Either telephone us on 020 8799 8350,
or complete one of the booking enquiry forms below with your request.

Our telephones do not operate automatic menus,
so you can speak to a consultant without queuing.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30-5.30.
The office is closed on UK public holidays.

We will provisionally reserve your place on a tour,
or provide your à la carte quotation. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day.

Direct online-booking is not currently available.

Your booking request will be dealt with quickly
and courteously by our reservations team.

 
     
2. To confirm your booking, complete our booking form and post or fax it to us with your deposit. You can download our booking form in PDF format here, or we will send you a paper copy by post.  
 

 

  
3. On receiving the completed form and deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking

Flights
1.

We can arrange your flight from most major UK regional airports - either to connect with our group departure or fly direct to the destination city. Please ask us for a quotation at the time of booking.

 
     
2. We can, on some occasions, provide a price without the flight cost. This also provides a great value option for the growing number of non-UK resident clients.  
     
3. Our contracts with airlines do not permit exchange of air miles.
